What I liked is their prompt response. They were very thorough with the estimate and very honest about what the job would take. They went through everything that needed to be done properly without cutting corners. My decision was that it was not worth it for what I could get in the increase in rental pay. They were prompt, honest and could have cut corners but they did not.

Overall, things have gone quite well. The initial installation of the system went pretty smoothly. We did have one small issue, but they did end-up rectifying it after I contacted them. They hadn’t sealed along the boots in the floor, which prevented it from being air tight.
