He has done other work for me so I had no trouble calling him again.  He is honest and hard working and has great ideas.  

Update:  David has some outstanding work to do at my house and was even given some money ahead of time and he has not been back to complete the work.  I have had to hire someone else to finish the work so I can no longer give him a high recommendation.

I was just going to paint my aluminum siding but when all the estimates came back around the same price as siding, I decided to go ahead and get the vinyl siding.  I am so glad I did because there was some water damage and it was quickly dealt with and corrected.  Most other contractors would have just covered it up and not brought it to the homeowner's attention.  All the of windows were properly sealed with the Tyvek and taping coming up sides of the window so no water can penetrate in the future, the attention to detail is incredible, I made some changes as we went along because we discovered an attic vent that had been covered so it got revamped and I placed a decorative dragonfly on the outside vent cover and was not charged extra, I made some other changes and he did not charge me more, I just had to pay for the additional material.  Dave always makes sure that I understand what he is doing and why and makes sure that I am happy with the results.
