+ -1 moreThe old water heater was leaking and continued to get worse. Called several plumbers but they were either non-responsive or provided quotes so high “to make it worth doing.” Since it was a gas water heater I tried my propane provider. They provided a timely quote and we eliminated a few thing and upgraded the tankless water heater model to a higher flow rate (not required for us, but a resale consideration). Cato understood the importance of getting the old tank replaced (towels and buckets everywhere) and found a way to get the model and start installation in 2 days. They worked late the first day and finished the morning of the second. I’ve used Cato for automatic propane delivery for over 10 years. I have never had a service issue. A family owned business and very professional employees.
Description of Work: Removed a gas hot water heater and replaced it with a tankless water heater.
