My heat pump had been running on auxiliary power for several days, even when the temperature was above 40 degrees. I kept hearing a noise like a ball bearing bouncing around in the unit. The technician came out and said that he couldn't find anything wrong with it. After another week or so of the heat pump still not functioning properly, I called another service provider. He found the problem within 5 minutes of arriving at the house. The condenser fan motor had gone bad and the noise I had been hearing was a bolt that had worked loose. He replaced the motor without any difficulty.

Company was very prompt and professional. Very fair price.

Reasonable, but not outstanding. Have found a more professional (and expensive) contractor I'm now working with.

We had researched plumbers before we zeroed in on them. They were responsive. The rate they had quoted was the rate we paid. We haven’t had any problems since then. They didn’t fix anything that didn’t need to be fixed. They were reasonably priced too. They were just great.

I called their office and a plumber came the next morning. He was right on time, took one look at the pipe, went to get a replacement (he didn't have the correct length of pipe in his van). When he returned it only took him about 45 minutes to remove the old pipe and couplings, and install the new pipe. He even rehung the flexible A/C venting (I'd moved it to look at the pipe when we found water in the basement). We've used Buddy Lloyd and Sons twice before - one small bathroom sink valve replacement, and we got our current water heater from them; all very good experiences.

WAS WITHOUT WATER FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. CALLED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE HERE BUT THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHEN. HAD TO TAKE THE WHOLE DAY OFF WORK AND THEY DIDN'T GET HERE TILL AFTER 2 PM.
