The Beracah Homes team has been very nice in dealing with but the contractor threw Atlantic-Bay Homes is a different story. When having to tile the bathroom tub the contractor fought about having to do it even though it was written in the contract. When the day of settlement came up, out of thin air he pulls out a note stating that we agreed not to have the tub tiled, but none of our signatures were on this note. Also he supplied every invoice except the Heating and Air conditioning invoice were a friend of ours works for the company that installed the system and quoted us the price of about $9,000 to do the house. The contractor said the price came up to $11,145 and some change. After we asked for the invoice, the only invoice we got was one with the final price of what he quoted, no itemized bill statement. The funny thing was that the invoice that he gave us looked like the same invoice letter head that he uses for he invoices. To this day we have yet to see that invoice. For anyone that is going to do business with company, I would advise you to bring the following to any meetings: voice recorder, camcorder, and court stenographer to be on the safe side.
