No problems, great service.

The work went well. They said they would be here at 9 and were here exactly at that time. My well pump was making a lot of noise and they said there was nothing wrong with it and that it was just aging. They had a suggestion as to how to decrease the noise. They said the work would be expensive if they did it, and that I could do it myself. I appreciated that. They told me what I needed to do. They were very helpful in advising me on how to save money. My experience with them overall was good.

This occurred on a Sunday and they came out within an hour. They were able to get it working that day. They were recommended to me through my home warranty. He explained everything that needed to be done to me and showed me the old parts that were removed. He was very helpful and I really appreciated him taking his time to explain things to me. I have already called them to come back out to do more work.

I had a new floor installed and the contractor broke the flush valve on a 1939 toilet and did not repair it correctly; it did not flush properly and the tank was leaking at the connection. He would not even admit he broke the part but when I asked for it, he said he threw it out. I called Steve. He put the correct wax ring down, and installed a new connection pipe and a new flush valve. His helper returned the next day to "tweak" the small leak. Steve has done work in my house before. I have always been pleased. It took him a few weeks to get to me, but it was worth the wait. It also took him longer than expected to repair and he did not charge me any extra than the quoted service charge. I did not like his helper--I thought he was high, so ask for Steve specifically.
