Advanced Arborist Solutions

This is the second job that Thomas Whitelock and his AAS crew has done for me, and both have been top notch.  They are polite, professional, knowledgeable, very clear in their communications, exceptionally neat, and with a good eye for aesthetics in tree shaping.

Thought we wanted the tree removed. Mr. Whitelock said he could do that, but the tree is healthy and that removing 3/4 branches would be another route to take. He quoted the price for removal, clean-up etc. for total removal and then for the branches. He assured us that would not know we had even been here after the work was completed.
He was right!
Mr. Whitelock was professional, he treated his 2 other co-workers with respect, and the yard was immaculate when the job was done. Not even a trace of debris!
I would recommend him highly.

It was a pleasure to have a professional arborist remove a tall dangerous tree next to our house.  He was on time, polite and removed the tree at a very fair price.  He performed his duties in a very professional manner, as not to harm the surrounding trees, house or lawn.  I highly recommend Thomas Whitelock for all tree service.

It was a great experience. They were here on time, got to work right away and did exactly what was expected and contracted for. I have never seen anyone move up, in, and around a tree like they did, all the time, swinging from a rope as their only support. Their person on the ground was picking up every branch as it hit the ground and running it into the grinder. When done with the cutting, all three of them were on the ground doing a superior clean-up. By the time they left, the yard was cleaner than it was before they even started. The trees looked great, the yard was spotless, and with the exception of a little bit of sawdust, you never would have known they were here. I can highly recommend this company with all sincerity. I have a second job lined up for them to do once the weather warms up again. Prior to hiring Advanced Arborist Solutions, I checked out many other companies with very mixed thoughts concerning them. I am so very pleased that I went with this one. They did an outstanding job, and for a change, I actually got my money's worth out of a contract. Didn't mind paying their price either. It was more than fair for the job they performed. Once more, this is a company you can have faith in that it will be a job well done. If they should read this, I offer my thanks and appreciation!!!

Very professional.  extreme detail to safety issues both for his workers and our property.  We were very pleased!

He is wonderful!!  His helper is in perfect sync with him.  They clean up beautifully.  We are very happy that we found his company!!   We used him 2+ years ago and will probably need his services again in the future.  I can't say enough kind things about his ability, workmanship,  and just being a nice guy!!

It went wonderfully!!  It was amazing to watch Tom "climb/cut" the trees down! They were quite large. His crew was great on the ground and cleaned up as he went.  It took 2 days and was a large job.  They cleaned up beautifully and took everything with them.

Thomas Whitelock gave us service the same day we called. They were professional and arrived early. They did more then they had to do. When they left there was no trace of debris from the job. I definitely would use this tree service again and recommend them to all.

Tom's work was very professional, and he removed all the brush from the large tree and left us with the wood from the tree, cut into fireplace length pieces, in a neat pile. Tom was true to his estimate -- the total price was $650. Tom is our "Tree Guy" forever -- I will never use another tree service.

We had gotten quotes of $1200.00 to $1800.00 to take down a HUGE dead tree and $600.00 to $700.00 to trim out another older tree. Tom took down the tree for $300.00 and trimmed the other tree for $75.00. He showed up early with his partner and was up and down the trees like a monkey! He had a ten foot area to drop the tree between the fence and another tree and nailed it! They were done in 3 and 1/2 hours! We were stunned! We volunteered to clean up the mess, to save some money, but he stayed and even helped us cut the tree up for no extra charge. He did an honest days work for an honest days pay. He showed up eager to work, showed up on time, was super friendly, courteous, respectful and just really nice! He'll be our tree guy forever! Can't recommend him enough for all of his hard work!
