My kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel was plagued by product delays and labor problems. Extensive water damage was discovered in a bathroom and all work halted for 3 weeks, waiting for their quote for my insurance company. When "Sun Bum" Frank and "Preacher Man" Dan came onboard with Accurate Upgrades, things looked up: work was done professionally and in a more timely fashion. * Lack of attention to detail: I changed my mind and requested a Biscuit colored toilet in the master bath, got a white one instead. * Communication issues: last minute notice on work schedules and long response time when dealing with problems. * Sketchy follow up: I had to get into my crawl space a few weeks after the remodel was completed when I found that insulation had been removed to repair the water damage and was piled in a corner getting wet. I asked that they return to clean up and install new insulation, and to fix leaks in the bathrooms. Two and a half weeks later, they came to work on the bathrooms but did not do anything under the house. I ended up removing the old and installing new insulation myself. By the way, the plumbing under the sink in my new master bath still leaks :(

Randall was so easy to work with. I am two hours away from where the property that needed tiling was located. He communicated regularly by email with pictures and updates. He did a great job on the installation and was very conscientious. Great job! I would highly recommend him!!

Make sure to confirm appointment the day of. I sat and waited the whole day of a vacation and no one showed up. They did come out the next day, but acted like it was no big deal. I was on vacation so it was a huge deal. Missed a whole day with my family.

This business is ands down the best contractor our company has worked with to help with renovations. We operate 40 storage facilities in 10 states and we hire many contractors to help us with property renovations. Nino and his staff were professional, stayed in contact with us throughout the project and made recommendations that helped save us time and money on our projects.

AU was very professional and did a nice job. I would contract with them again and have recommended them to my neighbor who is in need of some home repairs.

Nino was great about phoning a 1/2 hour before arrival and the work is great and the house was left spotless. My only issue was that they arrived in the morning and were supposed to go away to another job while the plaster dried and be back at 3-3:30. At 5:50 I called and told them that it was too late in the day. They had run into troubles at their second job and that's why they didn't return on time. That really messed up my schedule for that day and then I had to schedule another appointment for them to finish up. Which they did and did it perfectly. This was probably a 1 time issue.
