William Warner Masonry laid the block for the foundation of the addition to my house. My contractor poured the footer, and, while Billy usually likes to do his own footers, he made an exception for me because it was getting late in the year and Billy still had plenty of work.

I was apprehensive because we were getting a lot of rain around this time, and it was starting to get cold. Needless to say, the foundation had to be completed before any other work could be done. Billy assured me that he could lay the block even if it got cold. We did get a few nice days, though, and that's when the block got laid.
Billy deivered the materials himself and did the corners. Then he and a helper finished the job the next day.
They worked very neatly and efficiently. They struck every course. The other contractors commented on how good the block work looked. The price was very reasonable. In my book, William Warner Masonry (410-924-8629) is the best block layer in the county!

Billy unloaded the block and laid the corners the first day. He set the vents, access panels, and provided an opening for the sewer connection. The next day, his crew came out and finished the project. They striked all the seams. It looked great!
