Blades Janitorial Service

It took a little while to schedule due to previous commitments and a cancellation for thunder storms.  Mr. Blades was responsive to me in a timely manner and completed the work when promised.  My white siding is sparkling like new!  He even washed two rocking chairs on the front porch that were covered in mildew. 
I would recommend his services to anyone that needs powerwashing on the exterior of their home.  I can't speak to price competitiveness, as I couldn't get anyone else to even give me an estimate.

Agreed to quote a window cleaning service. Came out, walked around house, never quoted job or called and has not responded to multiple calls from me over a 2 week period requesting quote or feedback of some kind.

I couldn't believe how good the roof came out. The house looks terrific after the pressure washing and the windows are sparkling. He took $100 off his original estimate because it didn't take him as long as he thought. Bill has done other work for me previously. A couple of years ago he cleaned our ductwork after we had some interior renovations done which involved new dry wall. He came on time and even pressure washed a teak bench for me with the roofing product. My 30 year old bench looks like new.
