Since last year and past, we had a very good experience with Benson & Mangold. They take 6% for the job.We bought a house and they were the agent. Well the agent was Eddie Matthew, he helped us identify and look at houses. He was very patient as we probably looked at 30 houses.He worked with us over an year to find the house that we eventually bought. He was instrumental and negotiating a fair purchase price. we bought the house for twenty thousand dollars less then asking prices. The house was over priced as to begin with.
