Kitchen
Update 11/4/2014 additional problem uncovered!
Contractor installed 6 lights in my kitchen ceiling. When I use my Microwave the lights dim and flicker. The light that was previously install worked fine. I have called an electrician to check the work to see if it is up to code. I believe the contractor tied into this Microwave Circuit and it is overloaded. I will not be using the microwave until I get an electrician in to check, I am afraid of a fire!
- Install base cabinets, install counter top,
Countertop installed wrong. Left side of kitchen counter top is lower than right side counters. Sliding draws cannot be opened from the top
- Install kitchen sink, hook up dishwasher and faucet and drains.
- · Left sink leaking badly. Used parts used instead of new parts that were to be supplied by contractor, New plumber repaired
Toe kicks. supply and install threshold between
Kitchen and dining room. Install new base trim where removed around cabinets.
· Threshold has a 1 ½ gap on one side of the threshold where it meets the new cabinets.
Kitchen Remodel reconfigures drain lines in laundry room to accommodate basement kitchen sink run
Water lines over to kitchen. Cpvc water lines and Pvc drain lines. Contractor will supply all
Piping fittings drains and shut off valves.
· Contractor slide water heater forward to allow for drain. Hot and cold lines are stressed at an angle
Electric Install light circuit over kitchenette
Install 3 GFCI receptacles at kitchenette
Install microwave receptacle.
Contractor to supply all wire boxes and receptacles
· Customer supplied Circuit breaker
Outside Repairs
Repair left side fascia board and soffit. Replace wood with proper size. Remove nest
and install new soffit and metal wrap on fascia. Paint to match as best as possible.

Painting 1 Patch ceilings in living room, dining room, sitting room, and kitchen. Paint ceiling
White 2 coats. Contractor to supply paint and materials.

Repairs install two new garage doors and new closers. Customer supplies doors and
Openers. Haul away old stuff.

Bath Room Remodel
Plumbing Install shower base framing, install shower membrane and drain assembly, pour
Concrete floor for tile install.
· Wrong drain used for shower. Drain supplied was for a fiberglass base. Rubber liner and tile not installed properly. Complete job need to be demoed and redone according to new contractor.
Tile Surround Install 2 inset shelves in shower to customer specifications
· Tile installed wrong. Insets were not aligned nor width correct. Must be redone due to damage of cement board
Install concrete backer board on shower walls, and bathroom floor.
Install tile on shower walls from floor to ceiling.
· Tile spacing is not consistent nor straight

Grout and seal.
Customer supplies, tile, grout, sealer.

Drywall Install new green board drywall in bathroom on walls. Contractor r to supply drywall, tape and
mud. Sand finish and paint.
· Not completed on coat of paint all imperfections are shown. Dry wall not prepped properly
Fixtures Install toilet, Install pedestal sink, install faucet and drain lines.

Fixtures Install new light fixture, and recess medicine cabinet into wall, Install new
Bathroom exhaust fan. Customer supplies all fixtures.
· Exhaust Fan needed to be remounted, mount screws only on one side of fan, I supplied all 4? piping and outlet to soffit. Contractor exhausted to attic and place all debris in attic that was cut for fan hole
All Items were inspected by licensed contractors. I have requested from Kelly a complete list of items completed and final invoice on many occasions. He has not returned my calls or emails. I sent emails to him to pick up his tools and have not responded.
