+ -1 moreI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SAM LEACH FOR A BROKER. HE WAS MORE WORRIED ABOUT HIS FAMILY LIFE THEM MY MORTGAGE. HE WAS HARD TO GET UP WITH AND ALWAYS HAD EXCUSES OF WHY THINGS WEREN'T DONE. HIS OFFICE TRIED TO BACK HIM UP BUT THE SECRETARY WAS EVEN GETTING TIRED OF THE WAY HE TREATED US.
Description of Work: I FELT THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB. WE WERE NEW TO THE AREA AND WAS TOLD TO USE THIS BROKER. THEY WERE ALWAYS LOSING OUR PAPERS AND HAVING ME MAKE COPIES AND TAKE THEM TO THEM. THEY CHANGED OUR CLOSING MULTIPLE TIMES BECAUSE OF POOR COMMUNICATIONS.
