Drainage seems to work alright, but the grass he put down didn't take so there is still a lot of dead areas above the pipes. they cut an electrical connection which they told me about, but I elected to have them not fix it at the time. They also cut our cable line, which required the cable company to come out and fix. The deck looks fine, but we have had problems with wood splitting and bending on major structural beams, as well as the fact that it wasn't secured well to the house and rocked every time we walked on it (had to fix that on our own). He put in new plants, removed some of my other plants to spread around, added soaker hoses and mulched. 3 of the plants he put in never grew, and died in ground immediately. The tree he planted has 1/3 of the root ball exposed, the mulch was very thin and quickly exposed the soaker hoses. The tree is not what I requested, and the landscaping is haphazard.  ISSUES:
-did not plant the plants we agreed on, nor where
-was constantly asking for more money, complaining about other clients
-borrowed gasoline and tools (didn't return gas)
-borrowed our brand new wheelbarrow and didn't give it back for months (came back beat up with a puncture hole in it)
-NEVER NEVER was on time, rarely called to tell us
-worked late into the night
-pushed his workers like an overlord- was incredibly mean to all of them
-had high turnover rates in the people he hired.
-CONSTANT lies and excuses (my husband steams at the mention of his name)
-parked his equipment etc, on our lawn for an incredible amount of time- even when working on another house across the street.
-Plugged his video camera into our outlet on the back porch MONTHS after our job was finished in order to charge it for pictures of a house he was working on (never came to pick it up, even after arranging pick up with him).
-could barely remember to finish whatever job he cooked up for us next before he was off doing some other job.
-We had to be CONSTANTLY on him to do what he said he would.
-Left a huge water 'sink' in our lawn after doing a half-baked job we didn't even want him to do in the first place.
-paid way more money that we should have for the plants we received, but the deck was fairly inexpensive...

He did not finish the job and just pulled out and said that is it.  He was supposed to fix the water problem in the cellar, and when he said he was finished with his job, there was more water in the cellar than it was when he started.  He did not know what he was doing.  I would not recommend him to do anything

After he put in the drain, the problem kept getting worse and worse.  I flew down to look at the damage and it was just horrendous.  I had him come out to the place, and he swore that he did it correctly.  We found a place where the water was spouting out of the ground and he dug it up and the pipe was crushed.  He fixed that but it is still leaking, so I figure the pipe is crushed somewhere else.  However, I haven't been able to get ahold of him since then.   From April 21 to June 22, my daughter went back and forth with him.  Whenever she did speak with him, he kept promising that he would come to fix it, but he never showed up and never fixed the problem.  But we haven't heard anything from him since June 22.  I wouldn't recommend him to do anything and definitely wouldn't let him on my property.
