 + -1 moreEverything was great! Rick was terrific and they tried hard to find the root of my issue. When unable to find a solution, he suggested something I could do myself instead of trying to upsell. I really appreciate the honesty that this company provides.
Description of Work: I was having an issue with my smoke detectors constantly beeping. Having spent hours there, checking each and every one, Rick suggested purchasing new detectors as these may be old. Even though he put in hours of work, they did not charge me for the service.
