They did a great job with mounting our sink to the granite countertop. I'd definitely hire them again. They arrived about 1.5 hours late, but they called in advance. They also had to come back the next day and tighten a pipe that was leaking bc it wasn't replaced properly after the install. They had a quick turnaround time and were very responsive. The workmanship was top notch and overshadowed the minor hiccups.

Everything went perfectly. I absolutely love my new counter. The installers did a fantastic job and worked very hard. They were on time and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The owners was great to work with. I definitely plan to use them again in the future and I will recommend them to family and friends.

- I called and spoke with Chris on 12/2/2014. We discussed how many square feet I would need and the specific granite that we had chosen from MSI stone in Jessup, Md.. I told him that we were looking for an estimate for this job but would not be getting the work done until after the first of the year. He took down my info. and said he would get back to me. No response
- Since Stone Solutions is close to my home, when we were ready to have the job done I thought I would give him another chance.
- I called and spoke again with Chris on 1/27/2015. We again discussed the job over the phone and he took all my info and said he would be at my home that Friday 1/30/2015 at 3:30 to measure and give me an estimate for the job. I was home all day on that Friday and after nobody showed up by 4:00, I called his # and got his voice mail and left a message. No Response. I called three more times that day with the same result, No response.
- I have waited until now (2/12/2015) to post this just to see if anything would occur and as you probably guessed by now NO RESPONSE.

"I apologize for not meeting [member name removed]'s expectations. When we spoke in December, I asked her to get back to me when she was ready to proceed. She called me in January and we did have an appointment scheduled. She is correct that I was not able to keep her appointment, but I called and left her a message explaining my mother in law had to suddenly report to the hospital for a double lung transplant. This medical emergency caused my schedule to be rearranged in order to care for and arrange transportation to and from school for my 3 children. I tried calling [member name removed] to reschedule, but got no response from her. I never received any voice mails from her regarding the missed appointment. Customer service is truly my #1 goal and I apologize once again to [member name removed] for not being able to meet this goal."

Did a wonderful job! Called one day and they came out the next day to measure. Then came back in a week and installed the new counters. Brought samples to our home and we picked them right there on the spot during the estimate. Thanks for doing such a great job! So easy to work with and very polite!

We needed our granite backsplash cut a couple of inches to install a microwave. Every stone shop and fabricator in Maryland told me it couldn't be done, until I found Stone Solutions. Chris got back to me right away, explaining how it could be done, along with a cheap quote. Highly recommend Stone Solutions for any future work.
