Arrived on time, didn't charge more than quoted, got all carpet clean, did a good job.

I've used them regularly for years . They were okay, they send out different teams and this team wasn't as good as previously,though they were still satisfactory. I could be wrong maybe the carpet is just getting older.

I will never use them again. They had to come back. They did call me back. One of the upholstered chairs you can't tell it was every cleaned. They had to come back because the carpet was still dirty and soaking wet. They came back and did it again and it looked much better but it still wasn't good. I've had my carpets cleaned before by other companies who did a much better job.

It was unexpected. It was the first time I have had carpet cleaning. I guess the gentlemen probably told me that "wear" is different from a dirty carpet. Like the stairwell, you got your walk area where you walk up and down and that's darker than the normal carpet. I call that dirt, he calls it wear, so when he finished, it was still dark. I wasn't expecting it. I expected it to be different, but after he explained it I said okay, I guess that's the way you do business. To me when you come to clean, your gonna lighten up that dark spot, but according to him it wasn't dirt, it was wear. They did get some spots up.

This is for the Gainesville, VA location. They are servicing my home right now. This is the second time this has happened. A dispute in price quotes once the service people arrive. Not a pleasant expereince. I was told essentially that the right hand does not know what the left is doing at Stanly Steemer. The Call Center makes the appointments and provides the quotes. They do not ask the appropriate questions in establishing quotes; what type of sofa, room square footage, etc. The poor service people are left with egg on their faces and no impowerment to make things right for a customer once the "mistake" is exposed. I have been using them since 2011 and this will be the final time. A call to supervisor Manny Linus was futile. He cares nothing about customer service, only making that dollar. It leaves the customer feeling scammed and grossly disrespected.

They were punctual they came on time they explain everything I was being charged for up front I think the price was good and practically they did an okay job it wasn't an above and beyond but they did the job and my wife said that.

The price was reasonable. I was satisfied with the quality of their work. I do not remember anything negative about them. I would tell a friend or a family member that I was happy with it and for them to give it a try. They left the area better than they found it.

Great! Jake and Mileke did a great job. We have used Stanley steemer many times and never disappointed. They are more expensive than some companies but we have found it to be well worth it. Carpet looks brand new.

Well I didn't think that they cleaned the stains as well as they had in the past and I have two night tables and the night tables were on the bed so that they could clean the carpet under them and then they put them back on the carpet without putting any pads under them so I have brown marks on the carpets so I think the people that they sent this time were inexperienced.
