I have a cat with a chronic condition. The folks at Rosedale take excellent care of him. Both vets are very caring, but direct about his condition. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We were received promptly. Questions were asked about both dogs. One dog was taken back for examination and when done, I brought in the other dog. I watched her examinations and all questions were answered. A follow up is scheduled for tomorrow and things are going well.
Do trust them. If your pets are on long term meds Rosedale Animal hospital they will/have approved Pet Meds to be my pharmacy as they were cheaper. Some meds must be gotten immediately and the prices seem high but have never compared them especially if my pets need meds on the spot.
I really would never go anywhere else.

The office staff were very welcoming. The vet (Dr. Badura) was friendly and thorough. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer them all. Good sense of humor as well. Office was clean and convenient. I feel confident I have found an excellent vet. .

They are very good veterinarians. I have been seeing them for about 20 years. They are very thorough. The veterinarians have their own pets and they are very caring. They show a great compassion for the animals. They provide appointment reminders. They really know how to treat the pets and the owners as well.

As I understand, there are two doctors at this practice, Dr. Badura and Dr. Reiter. We have only seen Dr. Badura, who came to us extremely well-recommended. Our initial visit was for routine immunizations and a diagnostic visit for our Greyhound, Pascal. The doctor suspected his limp was due to a knee injury but suggested arranging a low/no-cost consultation appointment with the office's orthopedic surgeon. The orthopedist definitively diagnosed his problem as a spinal injury that will likely be chronic and demonstrated how he diagnosed the problem. While this was sad news to hear, we had taken Pascal to see several notable, more-expensive, multi-doctor practices in the area, and none were able to diagnose his problem or even suggest anything to do with his back other than charging us for more tests and x-rays. Since then, Rosedale Animal Hospital has been our clinic of choice. The staff is super friendly, understanding, and competent - they treat our animals like their own. Pascal has had several cleanings there along with one of our cats. No matter where you go, vet services are generally expensive, but compared to other offices, this hospital is realistic about understanding what people are able to pay. Even though they are able to provide the most cutting-edge services, instead of suggesting or implying pet owners should pay for every possible exotic treatment or surgery, Dr. Badura has demonstrated an understanding of how to deal with people that have limited finances as well as their sick pets. In general, I believe Rosedale may be noted for providing especially superior dental services.

We depend on their expertise to keep our four cats healthy. Their caring is very important to us. The staff relates well to the animals and we think the world of them. They are very professional and courteous.
