Worst landscaping company we had ever used. Billed us additional mney a year after job was complete and did not warranty and of their plantings, insisted it was our lack of water when tree company told us it was due to the way they planted (exposed bulbls).

Attorney advised not to say anything about this character.

Two people to spread 18 cubic yards of mulch. Their truck held 6 yards so one had to leave twice to get more mulch. Slowed the process.

Very competent, hard workers, knew plant material and were able to advise.

The crew was very responsive, did every thing asked to do. Very courteous and respectful. They are great to work with, they don't stand around, always on the move. Helps to provide the crew direction so they understand what you want done, and they do a great job. We started with them about a year ago where they completed a major reconfiguration of our landscaping. We have been on a monthly maintenance plan. Our last service was double the normal monthly maintenance for the extra work that we asked to be performed.

The work turned out very good. I have been working with them for a couple of years. They did a wonderful job and neighbors even stop by complimenting on my landscaping. If you have any questions or problems, there are always there to assist. They are very reliable, always come when scheduled, and do good work.

Avoid doing business with this landscaper. His estimate included 50
plants which turned out to be in 2 small buckets and were only small
pieces of groundcover, a few of which took root. When I complained, he
referred to the written estimate which referred to and quot;50 plants.and quot; When I
continued to protest, he left and came back with 4 additional small
plants.
If you do business with Randy's, be very specific about
what you are getting for your money. I would suggest he provide you
examples or photos of what he promises to deliver. Better yet, go
somewhere else.
I agree with the other review concerning the owner's condescending attitude.
His 2 employees, who actually did the work, were OK, but speed, not quality was their overriding aim.

He was very rude to me. His pricing was very high. The mulch was not high quality. Very unprofessional. He is a very belittling person.

As someone else has said here, he's a slick customer. Despite his pleasantness, he simply isn't very honest about his advice. The story changes with the moment. One minute, this needs doing, the next something else. We quit finally working with him because we were tired of the run-around.

Randy was a ''smooth'' operator. He gave an estimate for work that sounded good on paper, but the job was shoddy and not timely. He did not give any notice of when the crew would come (until that day). The crew was unprofessional, and did a horrible job cleaning up. They dug behind our wall and filled with gravel, but did not level the surface afterward and water pools behind the dirt pile. They left gravel all over the driveway and under the seed and fertilizer- we had to spend an afternoon picking up rocks. They dug a trench to the road and put in a pipe, but the pipe ends at the road and is too far -- the plows hit it and mailman runs it over. Randy was pushy about payment, and wouldn't allow my husband to sign off on the work - he told the crew not to leave until payment was made and that was uncomfortable. A very shoddy, just-the-basics-and-leave kind of job- he got away with the minimum and it is bad.
