Worst company. Worst customer service. Very irresponsible. There started work at my house and used staple in my heated flooring and punctured the hot water pipes under the plywood, which caused leaks in the basement ceiling. They back out saying its pre existing condition. What a lame excuse... my house did not leak before they started the work. They took full payment before starting the work. They returned our money 3 weeks after they backed out. We choosed luna only because they are reputed company and they would finish the job quickly with a warranty. I would never .. never ever recommend this company to anyone after how they treated us. Now still after more than a month without flooring and hot water.

The process was very smooth and painless. The work was done in two days and they left my house in the same condition that they found it. Highly knowledgable sales people, installers, and customer service was helpful as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely hire again

Hardwood Flooring Service
To start they never told me that I had to hire a plumber to remove my pedestal sink because that's not something the did. Really so I had to find a plumber at a moments notice who was available and wait for him to arrive within 20min or they could not start the job. Really the contractor Freddy was and acted as if this was my fault of course we had words. Oh did I mention you have to pay them before they start. Awful just awful the smell was unbearable I left my house and left a family member there because of my allergies. Now the floors look good and they have offered to pay my plumbing cost. I am still waiting for a third visit from a contractor to fix thing where not completed or work before they came. If you want your sanity and peace of mind I would choose someone else as it is going on week two and someone still has to come and fix what the forgot to complete.

Biggest nightmare! Horrible! They installed both hardwood and laminate floors, workmanship was horrible, floors were defected, and they had to come back, about 5
