Lavira's approach may not be for everyone, but it sure worked for us. Their bid was more than competitive. We described our objectives to Raj, and, unlike other bidders, he affirmed what we wanted to do, rather than telling us what HE wanted to do. In his model, we paid him for the labor and managed the materials ourselves - which added a level of cost control. The bathroom remodel came in on budget and, in spite of a difficult demolition (1954 home), was completed on time. His team was highly competent and the bathroom looks better than we imagined.

We hired Lavira Corp to do the entire remodelling of a three bed room townhouse and the contractor Raj was very professional.He was great in designing ,selecting suitable tiles,colors of painting etc.He did a wonderful job in a timely manner.I am very happy and satisfied with his work and will recomend to others and will hire him back if I have any future projects.

Raj was a good communicater and was flexible since we had to change a lot of things however, we had to complete the painting ourselves while our stuff was out of the room since his guys had not planned to paint all the walls. There were times when they did not come back for days to work and there were several teams to coordinate but a call to Raj kept me informed of the progress. They did nice work and the finished product looks great!

Very professional reliable and dependent. Raj always keeps his word timely and proficient. His workers are very polite, cleanly, great craftsmanship. They did an excellent job knew their craft and did an amazing job. I work in Silver Spring I felt very comfortable not having to watch them while they worked on my house. I would hire them again for all my house projects that I have coming up and recommend them to any other people looking to get work done on their house. They give the best quality work and are very honest and I like that they church going.

Having the ugliest kitchen in Baltimore, Lavira Corp well Raj helped us out to have an amazing kitchen. It is a 100 percent improvement I would recommend this company.

They were GREAT!!! Raj and his team completed the project on time with excellent quality of work. They were very communicative with my wife an I during the entire process. The hand made bar for the basement is a statement piece!!! The shelving units built into the stairs are right there too. Going into this, since remodeling is not my cup of tea, you use your gut to decide who will be honest and fair. My gut served me right this time. Our house was built in 1952 and we have remodeled a food portion of it. By far Lavira is the best contractor I have ever utilized, and will again. I highly recommend Raj and his team if you want someone who delivers on what they promise.

WONDERFUL!!! I recommend Lavira Corp w/o reservations. Work was timely, professional & w/o complaints from me. Addendum: I hired Lavira to demo the existing bathroom and decided to do the rebuild myself. Raj was good w/ that decision. I have called him back for other jobs, but our schedules could not sync enough to make hiring him feasible. My loss.

He gracefully accepted my design input and answered all of my questions. He listened! If my idea worked, he used it. If it wouldn't work, he patiently explained why not.
