The good:
1) great price! They really work the whole time they are at your house, and they work hard!
2) great value
3) very thorough
4) will do anything you ask (i.e., last visit I asked them to steam clean one of the rooms, they did it....no problem)
5) can I say, great price for services provided??
6) I trust the workers in my house
7) they e-mail you the day before to remind you of the appointment
The not-so-great:
1) often running late (but ALWAYS show up)...however, I think this goes along with the territory with housekeeping services
2) the workers who show up do NOT speak English very well, if at all....definitely have communication problems
3) the vacuum cleaner they use doesn't work well, and it smells bad, so I just ask them to use ours
Overall, I have stayed with this housekeeping service because they clean the house great, they get the job done for a reasonable price and I trust them in my house.
Bottom line: I reccomend this provider because (1) great price; (2) very thorough cleaning; and (3) I trust them in my house.
