The entire job from start to finish went very well....especially considering my husband and I did the majority of the prep work making it very easy for the carpet installers to get in and get the job done in a short time frame. this company and its employees are pleasant and professional.

Perfect. The staff was very accommodating, the price was reasonable and they provided delivery. Hope to work with them again.

The owner initially gave me an estimate. After agreeing to use this company an appointment was made for immediate installation. The carpet was completely installed on the designated date. Unpn checking the work done, i was quite pleased with the appearance of the carpet.. I did ask them to come back and finish vacuuming the fuzz balls off the new carpet.

We walked into their showroom and were met by the owner.  We explained what we needed to do.  The owner took us to a room with large carpet samples and suggested a few.  We immediately found one we liked and set an appointment for measuring for a short time thereafter.   The measuring, scheduling and installation went well.  Unfortunately our installers failed to tack the carpet solidly in two doorways and a recall was required.  We had no problems with the recall.  Overall we are pleased.

I dreaded having a new floor installed.  My kitchen is small and I just kept putting it off.  My experience with JD Carpets was smooth from the start.  I choose them because of recommendations from two other people.  Upon entering the showroom (which recently moved to Pulaski Highway) we were warmly greeted by Judy, the Office Assistant.  Judy asked us a few questions and showed us the samples they had on display, telling us to take our time. Periodically she would return and ask us if we had any questions.  We picked our samples to take home which also gave Judy a good idea of what we were interested in.  
Kim, the Company President. stopped by the house to check out our floor to see what  if anything might need to be done before the installation.  After discussing the samples I had brought home, she said she had some other samples that I might like to look at and later that evening she dropped those off.  I spent the evening and next morning placing samples in different areas to see how they looked in different light.  Kim really knows her products and it turns out I picked out a sample she had put in that I originally hadn't considered.   
The installers were phenomenal.  They arrived on time, set right to work, emptying and moving the appliances that needed to be moved, smoothed the floor with a skim coat, and installed the flooring.  They were careful, efficient and nice.  I felt completely at ease with the installation.
I love my floor.  I have absolutely no complaints AND there was absolutely no sales pressure.  Kim and her Team are wonderful to work with.  Highly recommend them.

THE FOLKS AT JD CARPETS WERE QUITE NICE AND GAVE ME PLENTY OF TIME TO DECIDE (WHICH TOOK A WHILE). THEY WERE EXCELLENT. INSTALLATION CREW WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT.
