WE WERE AMAZED THAT IT ONLY TOOK 1-2 WEEKS TO MAKE OUR CUSTOM LOVESEAT WHEN OTHER FURNITURE STORES WERE QUOTING 7 WEEKS OR MORE. IT CAME IN WHEN THEY SAID, BUT THEY HAD ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED IT IN THE WRONG FABRIC. THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND ORDERED IT AGAIN AND HAD IT DELIVERED FREE OF CHARGE IN ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
