"Wright Management primarily represents landlords in the leasing and management of their properties. It is our general practice to give the final decision regarding tenant approval to the landlord. In this case, the applicant was presented to the landlord and our company did not receive approval to proceed with a lease. Wright Management seeks to facilitate a compatible association between landlords, tenants, and the property to enhance the outcome all around. Sometimes, when multiple individuals are involved in communications as is often the case in leasing transactions -- tenant(s), tenant representatives, landlord(s), and landlord representatives -- confusion can be generated. All of the components of the initial exchanges that potentially lead to a finalized lease transaction usually inform the relationship for the duration of a tenancy. So we certainly hold these along with the confidential information of applicants as sacred. When possible, we try to avoid disappointments, and failing that, we do our best to refund the processing fees in spite of still bearing the third party costs. The referenced transaction in this scenario occurred a year ago; however, we remain regretful for its apparent impact. We continually strive to improve communications with clients and with customers as a most fundamental underpinning of conducting such personal business as helping people with their housing and their real estate investments."
