Description of Work: They were the agency in charge of a townhouse I wanted to rent. I was up front about our employment and credit situation and asked that they not take my money if it would be an issue. They also had us get a co signor to apply. They then rejected our application based on the circumstances we disclosed before they took our money, and told us that their client was not interested in having a co signor. The agent then accused me of bashing her company on my radio show which was absolutely false. I ended up getting a refund but this company was shady.

Wright is always willing to work with you on any issue and they are totally committed to the job. Chandra is very responsive and helpful: she responds to emails in a timely manner and she always makes herself available to discuss any issues on the phone or in person. Chandra and her team are extremely hard-working - oftentimes they work through the weekend to make sure that things not only get done, but get done the right way. This is a rarity in an industry / field where the vast majority of management companies will do just barely enough to get by. Chandra and her team routinely go above and beyond the minimum requirements. In addition to providing typical property management services, Chandra and her team will also help you brainstorm / come up with ideas for any issues that arise in your property - this is quite important for me. They understand real estate issues and will share their knowledge with you. In a sense, they are more than just property managers - they are also asset managers that can help with strategy and decision-making.
Description of Work: Wright Management is the property manager for my 5-unit rowhouse in DC. They have been fantastic on all fronts: leasing, repairs & maintenance, communication with tenants, collecting rent and maintaining records of expenses, & generally helping to solve any issue that comes up with the property (including things that don't typically fall within the realm of property management; for example, Chandra recently helped me through some lease compliance issues with one of the tenants).

 + -1 moreOverall, they have been awesome to work with. I am an owner that lives across country, and I needed to find a property manager to work with a tenant moving out and a find a new one. Chandra has been very responsive, helpful and patient along the way. In fact, I was visiting around July 4th, she worked to get a meeting date for me to inspect the property. Not only did she work on July 4th, she picked me up from the metro and dropped me off!!! I was floored by this kind of personal service. Also, she was extremely patient during an A/C repair issue that dragged on because of my home warranty company. She also made executive decisions to keep the tenant happy, and worked out any complications later. Since I have started using Wright Management, I am very much at ease with my property in their hands, their honesty, service and commitment to me as a customer. GREAT COMPANY!!!!!

They are extremely attention to detail oriented which we like, and they stay on top of important issues really well. I would highly recommend Wright Management to anybody that is looking for a Property Manager, from a small investment property to a large multi-family project.

They have more than 15 years of real estate experience in the DC area with management experience ranging from single family rental properties to multi-family apartment properties with over 100 units. Wright Management provides comprehensive property management with services that help the property run smoothly including leasing, rent collection, supervision of repairs and maintenance, accounting and financial reporting, and most importantly they build and maintain strong relationships with the tenants.
