Jim's team promptly responded to my 'emergency' situation after Hurricane Sandy. A tree fell and left a hole in my kitchen. They cleared away the debris and patched the hole in the outside wall leaving the kitchen warmer than before the damage! They also temporarily patched a hole in the roof, sealing against the weather until the insurance assessor arrives.
