We would not recommend Audrey Primozic of Weichart as a realtor and after being represented by her for only a couple of weeks, we ended the contract. You have to be VERY dissatisfied to switch realtors right in the middle of trying to sell your house and move before school starts in September!
We interviewed 4 realtors before choosing her and were impressed with her professionalism and she told us she had a staging certificate and would help us stage the house (which she did not) to sell it. We hardly ever heard from her and most of the work was done by other members of her team or her husband. We got nothing but negative feedback from her and her husband to the point where it really offended us (and we are not easily offended!). She obviously disliked us and our house, and we felt she would never be able to sell it with her negative attitude. She also had photographers take grainy, awful photos of our house - and even put online photos of garbage bags in our basement! As part of the description for the newly updated kitchen we did at her request, she described and quot;faux countersand quot; online. What buyer is going to want to see a kitchen with THAT description? Why not just say and quot;NEWand quot;? Final straw for us was this week when she told us she was picking up a house down the street and that would help generate more traffic to our house (which seemed like a conflict of interest) and said since this is the and quot;slow timeand quot; she is going on vacation for the next week or two. Tumbleweeds are blowing through our house. Other realtors are telling us since there are only 45 days left until school starts that NOW is the time that buyers are making offers, it is not slow. We ended contract and got a new realtor and instantly felt energy and positivity that was really lacking here to sell our house. Also, since letting her go several people have told me she has a reputation for being very unfriendly and judgmental - had I known this I would not have hired her in the first place so I'm putting this review because it sure would have helped me.

We were very pleased. We started working with Lekan around 3 months before our move date, so many of the properties we were touring would likely not be available when we were ready. That was ok, becuase it helped us narrow down our preferences, locations, must haves, etc. He never acted like he was wasting his time with us. We found a nice property that we just moved into over the weekend.

I am in the early stages but it has been great so far. She gives great personal attention and she is thorough. She works with both buyers and sellers. She is very responsive.
