It went pretty well. He was very timely, structured and organized. But at the very end of the job he was hurried and did not complete work. He seemed unwilling to come back and finish. He was able to take door off of the hinges, but given time constraints, he was unable to put the door back on. We had to hire another handyman to finish the job.

The job could not have gone better. Patrick helped with the design and personally did all the work. The baths were done successively so that we would always have a workable bath room.
The 46 year old baths were completely torn out, including tiled floors, walls, tub, shower, vanities and sink. Patrick was careful to keep the mess confined as much as possible. The master bath with stall shower was remodeled, enlarging the shower and installing a glass wall and door.
Using The Tile Shop, selection of the tile was convenient and easy. Tile Shop employees were helpful in explaining the alternatives and advantages. The cost allowance provided by Patrick in his estimate was generous and a cost reconciliation was made at settlement when the job was complete.
Personally, Patrick is a delightful person, professional at all times and highly skilled.

He did a very nice job and the price was reasonable. He did the job in a week and he was good; most contractors aren’t as reliable about time. He is punctual, he is honest, and he does good work.
