Photography
The class was good, but probably better suited for someone who knows next to nothing about cameras from the start. If you have read any books or understand the concepts, it may be a little slow paced. They have multiple instructors, so I don't know how the other teachers are. The intro class was four days which covered (Day1: Aperature, Shutter Speed, & ISO, Day2: Review Every Setting on Your Camera, Day 3: Field Trip, Day 4: Review /Critique photos from the field trip). There were 10-12 people in our class. The instructor was an excellent photographer and extremely knowledgeable, but not a great teacher (just okay). I ended up picking WSP because they offer a lot of follow on courses and proffessional classes. It was also nice to have only a month of classes before committing to other ones. I have had friends that have taken the intro to photography class at the USDA Graduate school which sounded a little more structured and probably got my hopes up. I will probably take one advanced class in hopes that it is more challenging.
