UTS Locksmith Services

I locked myself out of my car with the engine running.  I called this locksmith to get a price comparison.  I already had a quote of $70.  The said they would charge $29 to come out and between $15 and $120 depending on how difficult the job was.  They further said it would take 24 minutes, and that I could expect a call from the technician within 5 minutes.  Twenty minutes later, no call from the technician.  I call back and they get him on the phone.  He says he will be there in 20 minutes - which comes and goes.  I call at the 30 minute mark and he says another 15 minutes and he will be there - he's on his way.  I call again at the 20 minute mark (now over an hour from when he was supposed to be there and he says another 10 minutes.  25 minutes later he's finally here (close to 2 hours from when I called).  He took literally about 3 minutes to open the car.  Great I think - an easy job.  Should be $15.  Wrong.  He claims $120 plus the service fee = 149.  After much argument it comes down to $120.  Strongly recommend against this company.
