Yossi and the folks with whom he worked were terrific.  Highly recommend using his services.

He got progressively more unreliable. Its felt like a bait and hook. I would give a job and the amount would change during the job. This became a concern for me. He was insecure about making a bid and staying with that bid.

The team was fantastic--they improvised as needed to fix 4-5 areas of
damaged drywall and create access panels for valve shut-offs. I was
really impressed by how quickly the office responded to my initial
request and set up the appointment and how well the team completed the
job.

It went extremely well. Yossi gave good advice, often suggesting good alternatives to how I thought something should be done. The crew came when he said they would, they worked hard and expertly, were neat and kept everything clean. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Everything went really well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Yossi come with the proper tools. He went to Home Depot to bring parts. Replaced all the parts. It took about 2 hours. He charged regular week day price but did the work on Sunday. Very pleasant experience. He cleaned under the vanity floor and checked for leaks.

When I called US One, owner came out same afternoon to look at job.  Received estimate next day.  Gave them the go ahead, and owner and two workers came as scheduled.  Owner got the two set up, left them to do the jobs, which were done very well.  Owner was back during the course of the work to check how it was going.  All-in-all, I was very happy with the work, and plan on calling them again soon for some more jobs that need to be done.

The company came on very short notice, which was very welcome since I had to turn off the water to my entire house when the pipe burst.  (I called late on a Friday, and they came early Saturday morning.)  They replaced the pipe immediately, then came later to fix and paint the drywall.  They did a great job with the work.  The part that annoyed me is that they charged about $400 for the initial repair, and knew what was needed to finish the job, for which they wrote a contract for an additional $800.  But shortly after the entire job was completed, I was surprised to receive by email another invoice for $200 that was very difficult to understand.  When I asked for an explanation for the invoice, it was unhelpful and all seemed like items that should have been apparent when the $800 contract was written.  So basically, I felt like it was just an attempt to squeeze more money out of me.  (I should also note that the company's workers used a heater outdoors while doing their work, which caused my electric bill to be about $100 higher than normal.)  The work was great, and I appreciated that the company came out on short notice, but the mysterious after-the-fact charge left a bad taste.

of managing that fact.They started on time and had men available each day when appropriate.  Some days required other trades and they coordinated those in a timely manner.  Their workmanship was extremely good, paying attention to the details.  No home is perfectly flat or level but they did a great job managing that.  In the end we felt that we had a new house.  One thing we really appreciated was that they minimized the dust spread with plastic and cleaned up completely each day.  They made this big project as painless as possible.
