THE INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN PROVIDED BY TWEETER WAS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, THE ELECTRICIAN HIRED BY TWEETER FAILED TO SHOW UP DUE TO A SCHEDULING ERROR ON TWEETER'S BEHALF. TO TWEETER'S CREDIT, THE MATTER WAS RESOLVED IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER BY TWEETER MANAGEMENT. EVEN WITH THE SCHEDULING PROBLEM I EXPERIENCED, I WOULD CONTINUE TO GIVE TWEETER MY BUSINESS AS A RESULT OF THEIR EXPERTISE AND PRODUCT LINE.
