Small Appliance Repair
I needed an extra long dryer cord to complete my catastrophe of an experience with Bray and Scarff. I called Tribles and spoke with Dan. He assured me he could order a 10 ft cord and have it in the store in 3 business days. When I asked if I could get it sooner due to an upcoming delivery, he checked and found that it could arrive in 2. I completed the transaction and then he called back to tell me they found one in stock. The whole process took less than 5 minutes and the cord was waiting for me when I went to pick it up.

Small Appliance Repair
We did not know which type of motor we needed, but they not only looked it up for us, but altered the motor for our particular fan housing and explained in detail how to install it (for no extra charge). Truly wonderful customer service, cannot say enough good things about this place.
