Treasure Protection Management, Inc. (TPMI) and Daley Home Improvement Services, LLC (DHIS) are the worst contractors I have ever hired to remodel my kitchen. Avoid them at all costs! Mike Daley, the salesperson and CEO of DHIS, will say anything to get you to sign a contract. What was estimated to be a 2-week project has now stretched to 5 1/2 weeks, and it is still not finished. Issues encountered: 1.The kitchen design was incorrect. 2. DHIS employs unqualified workers. 3. Cabinet doors were installed to open the wrong way. 4. DHIS employees had to return multiple times to correct their mistakes. 5. My house was damaged during the demolition/installation process 6. Subcontractors did sloppy work, such as installing a sink with broken clips. 7. Change orders were not presented before additional work began, in violation of their policy, leading to unexpected charges. More issues emerged after DHIS employees left. Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. They turned our hideous 80s kitchen into a lovely little gem. Canâ t say enough about their work ethic and quality.

We recently relocated to Bethesda from NYC and bought a home that needed plenty of work (two room remodels, fireplace redo, painting of house, replacing insulation, lighting needs, etc.). I interviewed 5 different contractors for my home project. I was impressed w the transparency of their bid as well as the professionalism of the contractor. I could not be more satisfied. The project came in on budget and on time. The team was careful, kind and thorough. They worked beautifully w my designer and were flexible w changes. Mike has a keen design eye and would offer advice when needed. Lastly, all this work was done during covid and the team was incredibly careful about masks etc. I will hire them again.

This job was held between March 2nd and April 6th 2020, during the Pandemic period. I would give 4.5 point, if we had less stress and better details. The design, TPM gave me was really right for my small kitchen though.

TPMI is excellent, and I highly recommend them! We had a kitchen water incident that ended up requiring a complete remodel of the floor and kitchen. As this was not a planned renovation, we were extremely stressed - we needed expert guidance, a quick timeline around the holidays, one company that could do the entire job, and help working with insurance. TPMI provided all of this and more. Mike and Ventrese were helpful and extremely responsive guiding us through the process and helping us design a kitchen that worked for our needs, including ones we hadn't even thought of. The crew was professional, hard-working, and did great work. We are extremely happy with the end result, and TPMI made what started as a really distressing situation into a great opportunity.

TPMI is doing both a major remodel/renovation and building an addition. TPMI are very conscientious, detail oriented, highly skilled professionals, patient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!
