Outstanding work! They are expensive, but you get what you pay for in this case.

Repair was entirely satisfactory. Their loaner car, included in the price, was a great convenience.

They took longer than promised and failed to consider my safety. They cut corners by not checking if my wheels were securely bolted to the car, and continue to lie about it til this day. Yes, that is a picture of the wheel coming off the vehicle. Will never recommend or shop with them again.

On 08/18/16 I brought my SUV in to Total Recon for the Signature Detail based on the numerous wonderful reviews on Yelp. Unfortunately, I did not have near the same experience as others. Upon picking up my SUV, I noticed the finish on the hood lettering had been buffed off. Anthony, the manager, apologized and said they would order new letters and have them applied.  Two weeks later, I brought my car back to have the letters repaired. They removed the damaged letters with a razor knife and scratched the hood of the car through the clear coat. Not only that, the new letters were applied crooked. Again Anthony embarrassingly apologized and took my SUV back to the shop to see if they could get the scratches out, they could not and he said the entire hood would have to be repainted! I asked to speak to the owner; Anthony called Bobby. Bobby was incredibly rude and his only solution to the situation was Total Recon would repaint the entire hood of the car. I explained how foolish that would be of me to entrust Total Recon to repaint the entire hood of my car when they had already damaged the car twice claiming each time they would “fix” it.  Bobby said if I wasn’t willing to let Total Recon repaint the hood, there was nothing else he would do. I told him I needed to see what other options I had to repair the damage Total Recon had caused after what was to be a simple detail.

I came back to Bobby with a reasonably estimate, from a body shop I trusted, to repaint the hood of my Range Rover and the cost of a basic rental car I would need while the work was being done. He refused to pay anything; I did not even receive a refund for the amount of the detail when the car was damaged.

To date I am out hundreds of dollars for what was to be a straightforward detail of my SUV. This seems to be a business when things go right they willingly accept the praise, but when things go wrong they will not do anything to correct it. 

Really nice job buffing out moderate to heavy superficial scratches.  I was going to have the car painted, now I only need to have the hood done (chipped).  Nice deep shine (black car with clear coat.) They did a good job on the wheels and interior as well.
They gave me a ride home and kept the car for about five hours. 
I am picky and am very pleased. I will come back for minor detailing and other work. Taking my son's car there next.

The job went very well and my wife and I were very pleased. We dropped the car off in the morning and Total Recon had the car completely and professionally detail in under 6 hours.

We had some initial disagreement over the final cost but we worked that out. Bottom line, the car looked like new and they returned the car very clean and detailed.

I had a dent and a superficial scratch on my car's hood, this kind of small, but annoying stuff you'd like to get rid of.
Several other traditional other garages offered me to remove the dent with the conventional method which requires a complete paint job on the damaged part. That is a very expensive process and you are not even sure that the color of the new paint will match 100% the rest of the car.
At Total Recon, they claim they can remove dents without any need of repainting, so I decided I will go there to ask for a quote.
Staff is very professional and friendly, their office is modern and very clean.
The price was right, I felt that they were professional, so I decided to do it.
They took my car for about 3 hours, did their magic to get rid of the dent, and remove the scratch and voila... My Mustang was brand new again, and this annoying dent was not here anymore and for a fourth of the price a conventional garage would charge with a new paint job.
I am very picky but I have to say that the result was extraordinary, I cannot be more happy!
