Loan Processor who was in contact with me showed a great professionalism as well as explaining what each item in the forms mean and how will it affect me as a homeowner as well as what shall I expect for the entire refinance process. Tiffany is one of the best loan processors I have ever worked with. She is very responsive, well articulated and organized, has expert level understanding of the processes and the regulations in every angle.
