Tom Brannigan (Long & Foster)

Tom was amazing! He sent all the contracts and paperwork via email/fax, responded to my countless emails and calls, always listened to our concerns and gave good solid advice, kept us abreast of the activity [showings, open houses, etc], and established a very good rapport with our current tenant who was somewhat apprehensive about having people in the house for viewings. Our current tenant has a very demanding work schedule and did not feel comfortable having showings when she could not be present. That would have aggravated some agents, but Tom was always able to work within her tight time frame. Although Tom's not obliged to do a final walk-through and move-out inspection with our current tenant, he agreed to help out and do that for us too. I can't begin to express how happy my husband and I are to have found such a fantastic, trustworthy, hardworking real estate agent.
