I've had three Elfa closet system installations and it's been a great experience each time. The staff was also very helpful with designing my closets.

The container Store its located in Rockdale MD. The last time I was there I purchased shelving that came to around 1400.00. They sell specialty units to help keep your life organized. The service is exceptional. If anything is damaged it is actually a pleasure to return it. I highly recommend this store.

I had them install the shelves for us, and they came right on time to do the work. It is not quite a big box store, but it is a big store. It is a chain that started in Dallas. They just have every conceivable kind of container and organizational gadget or device, and their selection is excellent. They have stuff for the kitchen, the office and the home office, shelf units, luggage and things like that. The quality of the products and service is excellent. They will either have what we need or will help us find it. They don’t have their stores everywhere yet, but they are growing. The store that we go to is not too far away from us. The shelving system that they have is called elfa. It is really well thought out, and I can customize it to my needs. Everybody on this side of the country probably knows about them. It is a fun place for people to go to. It is one of those companies that always rates really highly as a great place to work, and the employees are always happy and cheerful, which is a good thing when we are going into the store. They are probably not cheap, but it seems to me that they are high quality. They do carry some expensive stuff, and I don’t think people go there to bargain shop. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They were outstanding. They worked with us to design the kitchen pantry, talking with us about what our needs were, etc. We ordered what they designed and went back the next day to pick it up. It was all labeled as to which wall each piece went on, we had exactly the right number and type of everything. We had a few questions as we were installing and each time we called, someone helped us immediately. They were polite, friendly and always knowledgeable.
