I needed to host a lunch function for a number of clients. Mitch helped me decide that a "box lunch" would be the best fit. He made me twelve plus one extra for free. He supplied sandwiches, cookies, chips, soda, and utensils. I have to tell you that his chicken salad and chocolate chip cookies are the best I have EVER had. The chicken salad is made with balsamic instead of mayo to make it lower calorie GREAT. The cookies are just to die for.
