Interior Painting
The last job was a repaint of the exterior. The siding is original wood from 1950. Jose and his team scraped and filled as well as added some replacement wood where needed. Jose is meticulous in preparing so paint lasts long and looks great. For example, on interior paints he sands, fills and deals with pesky flaws in older homes before applying primer and then multiple coats. His team is very careful of furnishings and carpet and we have never had any issues. Another recent job was a simple clean and repaint of our deck but he also took care of discarded lumber (from the previous owner) that was still beneath the deck, refitted the lattice around the deck, and carefully stained the deck as well as if it were interior work. This attention to detail is what makes Jose's work so great.
