His price was substantially below other quotes I had gotten. He picked me up at the car rental shop, and then showed me everything he did, including the warn parts. He did a very good job and I would rate him highly.

Superior is reliable and their rates are reasonable. they do the work and don't overcharge customers. I needed a ride home after dropping the car off and they provided one for me. When the car was ready to be picked up, they helped me again with a ride to the shop. All my experiences with Superior have been good. We'll continue using them and recommending them to others.

I heard scraping sounds coming from the rear wheel area and called Superior about 1130 a.m. when I arrived home. I hoped to get an appointment in the next two days. When I called Rob and explained what I heard he asked when I would like to bring the car in. I said and quot;as soon as possibleand quot;. He scheduled me for that afternoon. I brought the car in and they completed the work late that same afternoon (5 p.m.) I had been intending to get the fluid services as they were slightly overdue so I added them to the brake service. I have had quality service in the past and expect this repair service to be of the same level.

I have been using Superior Auto since moving to Rockville in 2008. I have a Prius. In 2008 it was difficult to find an independent repair shop to perform my routine service. Superior has consistently met my expectations and beyond. Recently I had an accident on a Friday during Rush Hour. I called Superior who took over the work of having the car towed to their shop. They stored the car until the insurance adjustor looked at it on Tuesday at which point it was taken to DarCars Collision. I was told not to worry about the car sitting there - "it's not in our way". This is above and beyond what I expect from my mechanic! The final step in their service process is to test drive the car - to the Flagship Carwash! - so it's clean and shiny when I get it back.

We were in the DC area on vacation when our service engine light came on in our Honda Odyssey and the van started running roughly. I was very concerned about finding a mechanic that would do the job right and not rip us off since we were from out of state. I called AAA and Superior was recommended by them. I then called Superior. It was after business hours, but owner Bob still picked up the phone and talked to me. I explained the situation and he looked at the van first thing the next morning.
I was very much afraid, being female and out of state and having to get my family back to MO safely, that I would be ripped off. However, Bob took a good 30 minutes to explain everything to me. He called me several times to advise me of what was going on. He didn't do anything without telling me upfront the cost and why it was required. He also didn't do anything that could not safely be done later in Missouri and clearly told me what was urgent and what could wait. He managed to get the van running safely enough that we made it back to Missouri. I am forever grateful to Bob and Superior for all their help and would recommend them to ANYONE!

From the beginning, they checked everything out and let me know exactly what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. They were very knowledgeable about the multiple problems I was having fixed and kept me informed of exactly what was going on and why each repair was needed. They were very thorough and profesional. They even had the car washed and vacumed before they returned it to me. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

We went to them for service in April for the 90,000 mile checkup in the van. They did a complete job, true to their word at that time, even completely cleaning the van inside and out. The check engine light came on in our van 2 weeks ago and we took the van there again. They did a computer diagnostic to determine the problem. We were not charged for the diagnostic, and the repairs were done in a very timely manner. As before, they completely cleaned the inside and outside of the van.
