The process went very well. Several email contacts with the shop to get an estimate and then make and reschedule the appointment. Two pleasant and competent guys showed up on time. They were the low-cost bidder (via email) and did the work for the agreed price (plus $10 for a new junction box) and cleaned up afterwards. (Some bids were more than twice as much.) Quite a bit of labor for a good price.
