We also build with our 11 in house craftsmen the structures & floor perforations necessary to install them. The finished product is spectacular and exceeds our expectations. Although installed for handicap accessibility, this elevator is a real showpiece with a 360 degree view all the way up and down. The quality of work is excellent. The new balcony and all the trim work blend in perfectly with the existing design elements. Unless you live a wide open three-story warehouse, don't believe the manufacturer's hype that an elevator can be installed a couple of days though. There's a lot of complex structural modification involved in creating a big hole in the floor of an existing home and adding a landing. Work areas were kept safe and accessible throughout the project. Workers were neat, polite and professional.
