We can design it for you or simply rearrange it (suggesting fresh colors if you like), help declutter it, repair it, and generally update it for you without you lifting a finger. Or, we can design it and give you guidance on how to do it yourself. Or, we can combine forces and do it in tandem, your choice... We offer project oversight, acting as your representative. This means we will schedule contractors for you and meet them on site so you don't have to. We will make sure they show up and do a great job. We will check their work for quality, correctness and completion, keeping you informed of progress, handling minor issues as they arise and alerting you of any bigger issues before they get out of hand... We have a host of trusted and experienced licensed, bonded, insured handymen, painters, floor refinishers, carpet installers, electricians, plumbers and other tradesmen to share with you. Pat, while having strong opinions on what and how to stage (and she is good at it), also was very flexible working with us as home owners on those items. She understands the value and importance of the client working relationship,where to stand firm because it is in everyone's best interest and where to yield to ideas that may work better and that please her customer.
