The store provided a new replacement sofa, with a fabric of my choice. Because I had to match the new fabric to a rug we bought to match the original sofa we purchased, we were limited to fabrics that would look good in my decor. The store's fabric expert provided outstanding service to help me select a new fabric that has the right colors and is of a durable material and weave. She was patient, constructive, skilled, available, and honest.
I ended up picking a fabric that was from a different manufacturer's line. This increased my cost, but was necessary to get a color that would harmonize with my room. The store was generous in letting me pick a slightly different sofa frame from the one we originally had purchased, and providing two additional new toss pillows in a contrasting fabric to tie the sofa and the room together better, at no additional charge. The replacement sofa and pillows arrived when promised and is very well constructed. I am very happy with the replacement, and with how Sheffield's worked with me during the replacement selection process.
When the store discovered that they had made an error in the pricing involved with the exchange and purchase of a different vendor's fabric, they met their commitment to honor the price we had agreed to.
I very much appreciate the willingness of Sheffield"s to work with me to provide complete satisfaction. In particular, Diane Canestra was extremely helpful in providing complete customer satisfaction. Her efforts were essential to the outstanding final result.
