 + 0 moreHe came to us highly recommended and with the lowest estimate. In the middle of his work, he upped his estimate about $300. That was wrong. It was not our fault that he gave a low estimate. He kept pushing us to paint our porch, but all we wanted to do was remove the paint. Ultimately, the porch looks awful.
Description of Work: He scraped and sanded the paint on our concrete porch.
