Home Security System Service
While the owner of SafeNet, Francisco Lopez, was responsive on the front end of the water damage problem it became readily apparent that his inability as a General Contractor to provide credible estimates for repair of the damage came into question by the insurance estimators. He provided two estimates and then added additional scope for work not authorized. Excessive fees and charges for management, labor hours and material and his inability to provide supporting documentation to adjusters has become a significant problem for completing the project. Additionally, while the project was initiated and some of the work has been completed he has essentially failed to provide the level of transparency to adequately meet the fiduciary responsibility of insurance claim and the project has been left incomplete.
