This project took linger than expected. The drapes initially did not hand properly but after repeated calls they did come out and fix them. Disappointed it took so long and many phone call not returned but they did stand by things and correct the issue.

Great job. A designer brought numerous leather samples to my home in the District so I could match them against the sofa's current color. The job was delayed by 3 weeks when they discovered that the leather supplier was out of stock of the sample I had chosen. So the designer quickly came out to my home again with new set of samples. Cost includes pickup and delivery.

Outstanding workmanship
After the work was complete they explained all the instructions on the shades and went far and beyond our expectations with their customer service .
We are very happy with our purchase and we look forward to having them do our new condo in the future. We highly recommend them .

We've used Rockville Interior's several times over the past 20 years and have always been delighted with their fine workmanship. We recently had a sofa, love seat and 2 chairs reupholstered and they look gorgeous. They also redid the cushions and they are so comfortable now. Their friendly and professional staff helped up choose the right fabric from their vast selection in their beautiful showroom. We saved a lot of time & money reupholstering our old furniture that fits our space perfectly versus searching for and buying new furniture that just doesn't seem to have the quality as our old furniture does. Rockville Interiors makes everything like new again. Highly recommended.

I have found on multiple occasions that various employees of this company have a very demeaning way of talking to their customers and they do not have an interest in trying to be helpful
during any part of the process (selecting, ordering, and/or if
an issue occurs, etc). Esther (the owner?s wife) was very rude on several
occasions, both in the store and on the phone.
It took 6+ weeks (should take 1-2 weeks) for my first fabric order to arrive because she forgot to place my order
with the fabric company (and blamed me for her mistake).  When I had to reorder more fabric (which took
several unanswered phone calls), the second order of fabric looked to be a
completely different color from the first order. Gabriela, who was very polite
and tried to be helpful, explained the issue with die lots (which I learned was
a common issue?if so common, I would have expected to be advised on it
beforehand) and offered me an exchange/reorder of the fabric, minus a 20%
re-stocking fee and a $25 shipping back charge. Although frustrated at the situation, I was
willing to do this, as she was showing a good faith effort to try to help me, and I thanked her for that. She
also suggested (which I again feel should have been suggested in the first
place) that I order a sample first, to make sure it was the correct die lot
this time.
This time the die lot was correct and I was about to place to the order, but not until then,
was I told by Esther that she would not honor Gabriela?s offer. Not only that,
she was very rude to me on the phone and told me there was nothing she
could do for me as ?it wasn?t their problem?. Regardless if there was or wasn't something they could do, a little empathy and kindness would have been appreciated, instead of being yelled at. I asked several times to speak to
the owner Tom, and received various answers, such as
?he will call you back shortly?, ?he is out of the country?, and ?he won?t help
you anyway?. For these reasons, I do not recommend working with this company.

Both Dan at the Silver Spring store and Eugenia at the Rockville location were most patient and helpful as I looked at fabrics for the chairs and window treatments.  Eugenia came to my house with fabrics, as well, and offered great advice on colors, materials and design accessories that complemented my other furnishings.
The project was completed in the time it was promised, and the installation was quick and done well.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS QUITE PLEASANT. ROCKVILLE INTERIORS AND FABRICS REUPHOLSTERED THE CHAIR FOR $250, BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH THE PRICE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
