Oil change and service were performed. It took a few hours as promised and I was dropped off at my residence instead of waiting at the station. I was called and picked up when the car was completed. Owner is very trustworthy and affable. This was my fourth service here and each time, the experience was pleasant and the costs, competitive. I highly recommend this station.

When I said that the price was too high because I had had the codes pulled and the diagnostics done by two other shops over the past few years, the owner responded very unprofessionally by snarling that and quot;the machine is expensive.and quot; I paid nothing for the service at a shop in Clarksville three years ago and less than $100 for the repair. I paid $25 for the pulling of the codes and replacement of a vacuum hose at a Rockville shop three months ago. I am sure that there are other shops that have long since recovered the cost of the equipment, but continue to justify high prices by citing the original cost. I will continue seek out those that offer fair prices, and will become a regular customer.

Rockville Exxon seem to be pretty good. They're reasonably priced and they seem to be pretty honest. Make sure that you know what teach them about your car, don't let people take advantage of you. They're a little bit disorganized at times.

The owner is Jasbir. He's all about providing excellent service quickly, and at the best price possible. The technicians are ASE certified. People come from other counties to get their cars fixed because its such an honest shop. They treat me fantastically.
