They did an oil change and I really liked them. My experience was good and they were very friendly and honest.

I was driving an old car (1989 Toyota Camry) that I borrowed from a family member. The car was overheating in unexpected ways. If you just drove the car around town, the car would not overheat, but if you drove it on the highway, and had to accelerate up hills, it would. Another repair shop told me that the problem probably was due to a bad head gasket. Since that repair is very expensive, that shop recommended junking the car. When I took the car to Rockville Auto Clinic, I told them what the prior mechanic said (which under most circumstances would not have been the smart thing to do) and asked them to diagnose the problem. They told me that the problem was due to an extremely clogged radiator, which could be replaced at a much lower cost than the cost of a head gasket replacement. The repair wasn't cheap ($270 for labor and around $200 for the radiator and shop supplies), but I think they provided good value. (The and quot;cheapand quot; repairs you get at some auto repair chains often are not). I also greatly appreciated their professionalism and honesty in correctly diagnosing the problem. Since I did not handle maintenance regarding that car until the month I took it in for Service at Rockville Auto Clinic, I never expected that the radiator could be in such bad shape). I will go back to Rockville Auto Clinic the next time I need car repairs.

They are lovely people. I don't use them so much because I don't drive too much. I had an older car, and they worked on it periodically, and they were stellar on it. They are very hands on, and they help out, and they are very convenient, and extremely helpful. If you need a ride home, they give you one.My car is a 2008, and I don't drive it that much, but if it needs service, I go to them. I can drop it off, for whatever I need, and they will help. I give them total kudos for that. They are very reasonable, and they are extremely just, they are very good people. I can't sell them enough. They are accommodating, extremely indulging, and they knock themselves backward to make sure that everything is fine, and their prices are extremely reasonable, and they don't give you anything that you don't need. They are very honest, very trustworthy, and I am very fortunate to have them in our neighborhood.

The waiting area has comfortable chairs and the restroom is sparkling clean--both evidence of a management that cares about customers.

I would highly recommend him. The guy is exceptionally honest and he does very high quality work. He does work if needed but never tries to do things that are not required. I travelthirty miles to go to him because he is worth it.

Very professional service although we had to go back twice becasue they could not complete the work in one day.

They do the work on time and are reasonably priced too. The owner is an honest person. I have recommended them to others quite a few times. I like them very much.

Very customer-friendly. Provided service at about 1/2 the cost of a auto dealer service department estimate. Appears to be honest, indicating which service he felt was required, and which was not from the dealer estimate.

He doesn't do anything that doesn't have to be done. He's very honest and very intelligent. Great problem solver!
